I love pizza.
I love it so much that I made a pilgrimage to the tiny town of Massa Marittima in Tuscany in 2019 so that pizzaiolos Marco and Lara could teach me how to make artisanal pizza. But while there I discovered and fell in love with a different kind of pizza called Pinsa, and spent several weeks learning how to perfect it.
I have long wanted to experience great pizza at home, but everything fell short. After all, carry-out pizza never tastes as good after sitting in a box. Pizza is best served straight from the oven. Since Pinsas are baked twice, I realized that great pizza at home was possible. And that’s how Pinsa Love was born.
Using the same Italian techniques, we created a frozen Pinsa that’s ready for its traditional second bake at home. Just 18 minutes in your oven and you’ll be enjoying the incredibly delicious, authentic Pinsa just like you would in Italy.
